Visitors to Seas the Day have been pleased with how convenient everything is while they are on vacation.
Many have marveled at the well-appointed kitchen. There are enough plates and silverware for guests. Cooking utensils, pots and pans, good knives-these are important for anyone who needs to cook, and you don't have to be a gourmet cook. But believe me, you will feel like a gourmet cook in this kitchen!
It has an electric stove with a glass top, a large refrigerator and dishwasher. The house is equipped with a most staples. Other appliances includes a food processor, bread maker, microwave, a small oven toatser and a regular toaster.
Not only is it large, but it is designed for social interaction. The counter bar allows your friends to sit and chat with you while you cook. In fact with the open floor plan your guests are accessible from all the living spaces. Most importantly the view while you are cooking is spectacular. What an inspiration.
There is a dining table for eight. We have enjoyed many a meals here. Go to photos to get a glimpse.
The living room has views of the ocean everywhere you look. The couches are comfortable, in fact so comfortable my guests have often found themselves easily lulled into an afternoon nap. A plus are the plentiful cozy lap blankets, that induce relaxation and warmth when needed.
There is a small table for multiple uses, such as playing games, eating or writing in the entrance foyer. In this same room you will find a pellet stove. Instructions and pellets are provided. So you definitely won't get cold in this home. Additionally it was designed with large glass windows that provide passive solar heating.
It is equipped with a flat screen television and a surround sound system. We have an extensive library of movies and music to choose from. If you like, bring your favorite movie or rent one from the Manchester store.
But you can get a glimpse of what's happening in the world if you really can't stand the seclution - we have wireless internet. Those who can't get away from email or FaceBook, don't fret!
There is a clear cell phone signal from several providers and there is a land line for your convenience.
The bedrooms have comfortable beds and pillows, and plenty of them. I know some of my friends like to sleep with two or three pillows, if you do too then you're in luck. Not only are they comfortable but they are tastefully decorated like the rest of the house. If needed we have a comfortable blow up mattress and lots of additional bedding.
There is a guest bathroom with a bathtub that is accessible directly from the guest bedroom but also from the spacious living area.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower stall.
I love the sea and anything nautical. You certainly will notice that. From drift wood to nets to sail boats, life savers, toy boats, buoys, portholes - you name it; these items are neatly tucked in or displayed somewhere.
There are two decks. The lower deck wraps around the southern face of the house. We have teak chaise lounges that are kept in the garage for your use. This must be one of my guest's favorite thing to do - is lounge around in the deck with the lap blankets that keep them cozy and enjoy the gorgeous view and the sounds of the ocean.
And if you get dirty outdoors there's a handy washer and dryer complete with laudry detergent.

Manchester which is only 10 minutes away includes a Post Office, and a multi-use store with groceries and general merchandise. You may find yourself visiting this store once, twice or many times as it isn't too far away.
